Qualifications

• 12+ years of technology experience with substantial depth in data engineering and analytics.
• 4+ years in technical leadership roles overseeing multiple teams or managers.
• Deep expertise in enterprise-scale cloud data platforms and data products.
• HIPAA, PHI protection and healthcare interoperability knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead the technical vision for Ontada’s VBC data ecosystem across cloud platforms and data products.
• Build multi-release roadmaps aligning with value-based care workflows and partner data exchange.
• Lead managers, architects, data engineers, and software engineers to a high-performance culture.
• Establish data contracts, lineage, observability, and data quality controls.
• Oversee data architecture decisions leveraging Databricks, Spark, Python, SQL and cloud services.
• Collaborate with Product, Analytics, Security, and Operations to deliver reliable outcomes.
