Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in healthcare analytics or related fields.
- Strong understanding of healthcare/PHM markets and data-driven strategy.
- Proven ability to influence executive decision-making with data.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute analytics, research, and forecasting roadmap.
- Lead evaluations of programs and outcomes to inform decisions.
- Oversee ML/AI initiatives to improve outcomes and affordability.
- Partner with leaders to translate findings into business actions.
