The Cigna Group is seeking a Sr. Advisor, AI & Sales Intelligence to lead AI-powered tech, dashboards, and analytics for Specialty Payer Sales & Account Management.
You will partner with business and tech teams to transform data into insights, drive growth, and improve retention and financial performance. Ideal candidates have 6+ years in analytics or sales intelligence, experience with Salesforce/Tableau/Power BI, and a proven record of delivering scalable BI and AI-enabled solutions.
SUMMARY: The Sr. Advisor, AI & Sales Intelligence serves as the lead resource for AI, sales intelligence, and advanced analytics within Specialty Payer Sales & Account Management. This role is responsible for designing and building AI-powered tools, executive dashboards, automated reporting solutions, and sales intelligence capabilities that help leaders and account teams make faster, more informed business decisions. The Sr. Advisor will transform complex data into actionable insights, identify growth opportunities, uncover client and market trends, and develop scalable solutions that improve account management effectiveness, customer retention, and business performance. This role partners closely with business, technology, and analytics teams to ensure AI and data solutions are practical, impactful, and aligned with organizational priorities.
If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.
For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 105,300 - 175,500 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location. This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
