Valenz is seeking a Director of Strategic Partnership – Health Plans & Direct Payers to lead development of high-value partnerships across health plans and payer organizations. You will identify opportunities, negotiate models, and drive partnerships from exploration to launch, collaborating with Commercial, Product, Operations, Finance, Legal, Marketing, and Client Success.

• 10+ years in healthcare business development or strategic partnerships.
• Strong knowledge of the U.S. payer ecosystem and health plans.
• Proven ability to structure, negotiate, and launch complex partnerships.
• Executive presence with senior stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute strategic partnership plans to expand reach and revenue across health plans and payers.
• Identify, evaluate, and prioritize partners based on strategic fit and growth.
• Build and maintain a pipeline across health plans, payer orgs, and healthcare tech.
• Develop senior-level relationships with prospective partners and understand their priorities.
• Design partnership models and value propositions with mutual value.
• Create business cases and executive recommendations for partnerships.
• Lead opportunities from exploration through due diligence, agreement, and launch.
• Negotiate economics, pricing, and terms with Legal, Finance, and leadership.
• Lead cross-functional efforts to align resources and drive initiatives.
• Oversee commercialization and launch with defined objectives and governance.
• Establish long-term partner roadmaps and relationships.
