Nuvance Health is seeking a senior executive to lead Health Information Management across its system. You will ensure timely, accurate medical records, release of information, and data integrity while aligning with regulatory standards.

This role demands strategic budgeting, staffing, and cross-department collaboration. Lead efforts in privacy, data governance, and quality improvements, driving efficiency and patient data excellence.

Competenze

• Master's in Health Information Management or related field required.
• Ten (10) plus years of HIM leadership experience preferred.
• RHIT or RHIA certification required.
• Experience with EMR systems and privacy/regulatory standards.
• Knowledge of EHRs, PHRs, patient portals, HIE and related HIM practices.

Mansioni

• Oversee system-wide Health Information Management operations, including release of information, medical record processing, scanning and data integrity.
• Ensure compliance with federal/state regulations and accreditation standards; lead quality improvement initiatives.
• Plan, develop and manage HIM services and budget; drive process improvements and governance across departments.
• Develop, retain and motivate staff; participate in hospital committees to aid quality improvement.
