Clinical Management Consultants seeks a Director of Health Information Management to lead and elevate the HIM department at a rural hospital. The role emphasizes protecting privacy, ensuring timely, accurate coding and documentation, and driving data governance across the care continuum.

You will report to senior hospital leadership and collaborate with clinicians, finance, and quality teams to improve regulatory readiness and outcomes for the community.

Qualifications

• Lead and develop the HIM team to ensure accurate, timely and compliant medical records.
• Drive privacy, security and regulatory compliance across the health information workflow.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to improve data quality, coding accuracy and revenue cycle outcomes.
