Job summary

Cytokinetics is seeking a Director, HCP Personal Promotion Marketing to lead the development and execution of physician-facing promotional strategies for cardiovascular therapies in the US market. You will report to the Senior Director, HCP Marketing and shape a launch-ready, cross-functional promotional program.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years of pharmaceutical, biotech, or healthcare marketing experience.
• Experience developing and executing HCP marketing and promotional strategies.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence without direct authority.
• MBA or other advanced degree preferred.
• Cardiovascular or specialty pharmaceutical marketing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of HCP marketing strategies aligned with brand objectives and commercial goals.
• Develop segmentation, targeting, positioning, messaging, and promotional strategies for cardiologists and other healthcare professionals.
• Translate market insights into actionable strategies to drive engagement, adoption, and brand growth.
• Lead cross-functional teams in launch planning and execution for cardiovascular therapies.
• Collaborate with Sales, Market Research, Analytics, Medical Affairs, Regulatory, Legal, and Omnichannel Marketing.
• Ensure alignment of brand strategy and promotional objectives across HCP materials and initiatives.
