Job summary

Cytokinetics is seeking a Director, HCP Personal Promotion Marketing, reporting to the Senior Director, HCP Marketing, to lead development and execution of strategies engaging cardiologists and other healthcare professionals. This role drives launch-ready programs and personal/non-personal promotions across the cardiovascular portfolio.

The candidate will guide cross-functional teams, oversee promotional initiatives, and partner with analytics, medical affairs, and regulatory to optimize

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years of pharmaceutical, biotech, or healthcare marketing experience.
• Significant experience developing and executing HCP marketing and promotional strategies.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence without direct authority.
• Strong strategic thinking, analytical, and communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience leveraging customer insights and data analytics to inform commercial strategy.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and execution of HCP marketing strategies aligned with brand objectives and commercial goals.
• Develop segmentation, targeting, positioning, messaging for cardiologists and other healthcare professionals.
• Translate market insights into actionable plans that drive engagement and brand growth.
• Lead development of personal and non-personal promotional initiatives and materials.
• Collaborate with Sales Leadership to optimize field execution and engagement.
