Job summary

Halozyme, Inc. is seeking a Director, HCP Marketing & Digital Strategy to shape the next phase of XYOSTED growth. You will lead HCP strategy, expand label launches, and drive digital, EHR, point-of-care, and KOL engagement.

Collaborate across Sales, Medical Affairs, Regulatory, Analytics and agencies; own budgets, define KPIs, and translate insights into action while ensuring compliance. This role demands strategic thinking and hands-on execution in a fast-moving environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with at least 15 years of pharmaceutical/biotech commercial experience, with significant HCP marketing experience.
• Advanced degree is preferred.
• Experience leading HCP brand strategy, launches, or major commercial initiatives.
• Strong digital and omnichannel marketing capabilities with hands‑on execution.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and execution of the HCP marketing strategy for XYOSTED in partnership with commercial leadership.
• Lead HCP strategy for expanded label launch and new channels, including messaging and assets.
• Build strategy for expansion into new channels, including segmentation and channel mix.
• Advance digital HCP marketing capabilities (EHR, point-of-care) and KOL engagement.
• Oversee HCP media strategy, budgeting, and vendor partnerships; ensure compliance.
