Join us as a Director, HCP Marketing & Digital Strategy, and you’ll be part of a culture that welcomes diversity, thinks differently to solve problems, works collaboratively as one team, and delivers meaningful innovations that impact people’s lives.

How you will make an impact

The Director, Healthcare Professional (HCP) Marketing & Digital Strategy will serve as a senior HCP marketing leader responsible for shaping the next phase of XYOSTED growth. This role will lead HCP strategy and execution for the anticipated expanded label launch and expansion into new channels, while advancing modern digital, EHR, point-of-care, HCP education, peer-to-peer, and KOL engagement capabilities. The ideal candidate is a strategic, hands‑on marketer who can move seamlessly from strategy through execution and lead cross‑functional teams and external partners.

In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to:

  • Lead development and execution of the HCP marketing strategy for XYOSTED in partnership with commercial and marketing leadership.
  • Lead HCP strategy and execution for the anticipated expanded label launch, including positioning, messaging, launch planning, field readiness, and supporting promotional assets.
  • Build the HCP strategy for expansion into new channels, including segmentation, targeting, customer insights, messaging, channel strategy, and execution.
  • Advance the digital HCP marketing capabilities of XYOSTED, including EHR and point-of-care initiatives designed to identify appropriate patient opportunities and deliver relevant brand, access, and affordability information to HCPs.
  • Lead HCP media strategy and execution, including audience development, channel selection, investment allocation, vendor partnerships, measurement, and ongoing optimization.
  • Identify, execute, and manage AI‑enabled projects and tactics relevant to HCP marketing, including content development, insight generation, and workflow automation, ensuring alignment with brand strategy and compliance with Medical, Legal, and Regulatory review requirements.
  • Develop and execute HCP education and peer‑to‑peer engagement strategies, including educational programs, webinars, product theaters, and other formats as appropriate.
  • Support KOL identification, engagement, and relationship strategy in partnership with other cross‑functional stakeholders.
  • Partner with agencies and external vendors to develop high‑quality creative and promotional programs that support brand objectives.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Market Access, Medical Affairs, Regulatory, Legal, Analytics, Sales Training, and other partners to ensure strategic alignment and executional excellence.
  • Establish KPIs and measurement plans, evaluate program effectiveness, translate insights into action, and continuously optimize marketing investments.
  • Manage assigned budgets, forecasts, vendor relationships, and scopes of work with strong fiscal discipline.
To succeed in this role, you’ll need:
  • Bachelor’s degree with at least 15 years of pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or related commercial experience, with significant HCP marketing experience.
  • Advanced degree is preferred.
  • An equivalent combination of experience and education may be considered.
  • Demonstrated success leading HCP brand strategy, launches, label expansions, or other major commercial initiatives.
  • Strong digital and omnichannel marketing capabilities with the ability to translate strategy into hands‑on execution.
  • Experience managing agencies, media or technology vendors, budgets, and complex cross‑functional initiatives.
  • Experience with HCP education, peer‑to‑peer programming, and/or KOL engagement.
  • Strong strategic thinking, business judgment, and a bias for action.
  • Proven ability to lead and influence cross‑functional teams without direct authority.
  • Strong communication, presentation, stakeholder management, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to operate effectively in a lean, fast‑moving commercial organization and personally drive work from concept through execution.
  • Experience developing or executing EHR, point‑of‑care, or other technology‑enabled HCP marketing programs is preferred.
