You will personally build journeys, run experiments, and translate audience insights into acquisition and lifecycle improvements while protecting audience health during campaigns.

Qualifications

• Own lifecycle journeys from onboarding to re-engagement with data-driven methods.
• Lead reactivation and retention programs using structured experiments.
• Maintain deliverability and sender reputation as retention infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Build journeys in Iterable and run experiments end-to-end.
• Lead the Commercial Operations Manager and the campaign delivery team.
• Partner with Product, Content, Sales, and Data to optimize audience growth.
• Define suppression and frequency rules to protect audience health.
