Doceree is building the AI-powered Healthcare Marketing Cloud and seeks an Associate Director/Director of Product Management to own the Audience Builder & Planner pillar—the system of record for defining, sizing, and planning HCP and patient audiences.

You will partner with Data Science, Identity/Data Engineering, Design, Sales, and Customer Success to ensure our audience and planning products deliver measurable business impact for pharmaceutical clients, while coordinating with teams across the

Qualifications

• 5-8+ years of product management experience in data or audience platforms such as DMPs, CDPs, or DSP tooling.
• Hands-on experience with audience segmentation, identity resolution, and planning/forecasting.
• Strong understanding of programmatic ad ecosystems and data-driven audience products.
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration across Product, Engineering, Data Science, and Commercial teams.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end product strategy for the Audience Builder & Planner module.
• Define and maintain the product roadmap for audience creation, segmentation, and media planning.
• Translate identity, data onboarding, and taxonomy requirements into intuitive planner experiences.
• Drive weekly release cadences with Engineering and Data Science teams.
• Partner with Sales and Customer Success during strategic client conversations on audience strategy.
