Job summary

LogicGate is seeking a strategic, analytical leader for GTM Operations (Sr. Director or VP) based in Chicago to guide RevOps, AI initiatives, and data-driven GTM execution.

You will partner with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance to align goals, systems, and processes while building scalable infrastructure for growth. You will own forecasting, pipeline analytics, territory design, and compensation planning, shaping the operational foundation to support LogicGate's ambitious growth

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive operations experience in Revenue Operations within high-growth B2B SaaS.
• Proven track record of taking a company through a significant growth phase.
• Strategic partnership with the executive team and ability to translate data for leadership.
• Deep technical mastery over territory modeling, commission plan design, and data architecture across CRM and BI platforms.
• Demonstrated curiosity and experience with modern AI tools in a sales/GTM environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the RevOps Team and drive scalable GTM operations across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance.
• Champion AI integration to reduce admin effort and increase win rates.
• Own Salesforce-centric GTM tech stack and ensure seamless data flow between platforms.
• Develop predictive revenue models and prescriptive analytics for executive decision-making.
• Design territory planning, quota modeling, and compensation strategies to optimize market coverage.
