You will champion AI-enabled workflows, push for operational rigor, and align GTM with corporate goals. Flexible First culture supports remote work nationwide with optional in-office days.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in a top-tier Sales Ops function supporting growth in FinTech/ payments.
• Strong operational mindset with ability to scale processes.
• Expertise with Salesforce and related RevOps tooling.
• Proven change agent with data-driven decision making.
• Experience deploying sales tools and automation strategies.

Responsibilities

• Establish and execute a strong operational cadence to support growth and cross-functional alignment.
• Lead AI transformation for RevOps and GTM workflows.
• Drive adoption of AI-powered workflows and automations.
• Standardize processes, policies, and workflows with GTM leadership.
• Oversee tool selection and implementation (CRM and sales tools).
• Manage end-to-end operational infra and budgeting for GTM.
