Growth Systems sits within GBSG and is the infrastructure behind a multi-billion-dollar business growing at double digits. The team designs the processes, automation, capabilities and monetization that make that growth possible across our websites, campaigns, and in product customer experiences.
The Director of Growth Systems is responsible for leading process architecture, advancing technical enablement, and growth through delivery of marketing experiences for our customers. We're looking for a technical leader who can build business momentum by configuring our systems for speed and scale, while ensuring accuracy, accessibility, and brand trust across every customer-facing marketing touchpoint. This executive will lead the transition toward AI-driven models and orchestrate complex, agentic, multi-channel, personalized experiences across our platforms. Additionally, this person will lead the teams of agents running autonomous campaigns, and own the quality and governance standards that protect the customer experience at scale.
