RWJBarnabas Health seeks a Director, Service Line Strategy and Business Development to guide growth for Plastic Surgery, Dermatology, and related services across New Jersey’s academic and community practices.

You will bridge strategic planning, business development, and operations, partnering with physicians and executives to assess market opportunities, develop business cases, and implement measurable growth initiatives with financial discipline.

Qualificações

• Master’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in strategic planning, business development, project management, healthcare finance, and/or healthcare management.
• Experience in health systems or academic medical centers preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Develop strategic plans and market share growth strategies using internal data, market analysis, referral trends, and community needs.
• Identify opportunities to expand reconstructive surgery, dermatology, and aesthetics services across practices.
• Build business plans assessing financial feasibility, resources, physician capacity, and priorities.
• Partner with physician leaders and executives to execute system-wide initiatives.
• Turn strategic plans into milestones, performance measures, and sustainable programs.
• Support physician recruitment and faculty development aligned with growth priorities.
• Collaborate on budgets and financial reporting to support objectives.
• Build partnerships across academic and community practices to support coordinated services, quality, outcomes, education, and research.
• Collaborate with Managed Care and Population Health to improve access and strengthen the network.
