• Master’s degree in a healthcare-related field is required.
• Demonstrated leadership in healthcare settings and strategic planning.

Responsibilities

• Partner with service line and system leaders to execute the GI growth plan across the northern region.
• Oversee clinical operations and expand GI services.
• Develop and execute system-wide GI business development and planning initiatives.
• Support growth of academic faculty, subspecialty programs, and Medical Group practices.
• Identify, evaluate, and implement new GI programs, services, and care models.
• Collaborate with departments, hospitals, and the health system on space, technology, and operations.
• Support physician recruitment, development, engagement, and retention initiatives.
• Pursue accreditations and external recognitions for GI.
• Develop and monitor metrics on volume, quality, safety, patient satisfaction, and financial performance.
• Lead quality improvement initiatives to enhance outcomes and efficiency.
• Manage Digestive Health program meetings and strategic priorities.
• Foster relationships with referring physicians and across the continuum of care.
• Promote collaboration across departments, sites, and partners.
