Job summary

KPMG LLP seeks a Director, Growth Ecosystems to lead the growth engine for the firm’s Clients and Markets group in Atlanta. You will define strategy and roadmaps to connect buyers, sellers, and leaders through data, AI, and technology, accelerating growth and improving commercial outcomes.

You will own the growth ecosystems roadmap, coordinate across sales, marketing, and technology, and guide a team managing Salesforce CRM, seller experience, and revenue intelligence capabilities.

Qualifications

• Ten years+ experience in RevOps, sales tech, or related product management.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, sales ops, marketing, or related field.
• Deep expertise in Salesforce CRM strategy and portfolio management.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute strategy and roadmap for the firm’s revenue ecosystem.
• Align marketing, sales, and technology to drive pipeline and revenue growth.
• Lead product owners for Salesforce CRM, seller experience, and revenue intelligence.
