We’re looking for a highly motivated Director, Growth Accounts, to help build and expand our client base. This is an individual contributor role focused on identifying new business opportunities, converting warm leads, and developing early-stage accounts into long-term partnerships.

This role is ideal for someone with a true hunter mindset - someone who’s energized by prospecting, skilled at opening doors, and comfortable navigating the full sales cycle. You’ll be responsible for uncovering client needs, positioning our staffing solutions, and driving growth across a broad portfolio of small to mid-sized accounts.

What You’ll Do

  • Proactively identify and research potential clients through outbound prospecting, networking, cold outreach, and industry events
  • Follow up on warm leads and referrals to convert them into active accounts
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of new business opportunities across multiple industries
  • Develop a tailored outreach strategy for each prospect, using personalized messaging and solution-oriented conversations
  • Manage the end-to-end sales process—from initial contact through proposal, negotiation, and close
  • Work closely with delivery and recruiting teams to align on client needs and ensure successful onboarding and execution
  • Monitor market trends, client hiring patterns, and competitive activity to stay ahead of opportunities
  • Maintain accurate records of outreach, pipeline activity, and forecasting

What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years of sales or business development experience in staffing, recruiting, or a related services industry
  • Proven success in identifying and securing new accounts through consistent prospecting and follow-up
  • Comfortable with high outbound activity and rejection—persistent without being pushy
  • Strong relationship-building and consultative selling skills
  • Ability to communicate clearly and tailor solutions based on a variety of client needs
  • Organized, self-sufficient, and capable of managing multiple priorities independently

Nice to Have

  • Experience selling into small to mid-sized businesses or emerging divisions within enterprise accounts
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Bullhorn, or other prospecting tools
  • Understanding of the staffing sales cycle across contract, contract-to-hire, and project-based services
