Job summary

RISE is seeking a creative and results‑oriented Director to oversee several residential ID/DD group home programs in Mohave County and office based out of Kingman, AZ or Bullhead City, AZ. This role manages residential coordinators and drives program development, staff training, and quality assurance.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree and at least five years of supervision and program management experience, plus strong leadership, budgeting skills, and the ability to implement

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required.
Minimum five years in supervision, coaching or management.
Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
Ability to manage budgets and ensure regulatory compliance.
Knowledge of AZ Department of Economic's Division of Developmental Disabilities policies (as applicable).

Responsibilities

Provide management and supervision of residential group home coordinators.
Oversee program development and training to improve services.
Ensure records and documentation meet funding requirements and policies.
Coach and mentor staff, fostering teamwork and quality supports.
