Sandoz, a global leader in biosimilars and generics, seeks a senior leader to own 340B strategy and policy assessment. You will collaborate with Market Access, Finance, Legal, and Compliance to protect revenue and ensure compliance.

Based at the Princeton, NJ headquarters, this hybrid role supports up to 50% remote work for US employees. US work authorization is required; relocation may be unnecessary for local candidates.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field.
• MBA/MPH/PharmD/JD preferred.
• 15+ years in pharma market access, government programs, or related fields.

Responsabilidades

• Develop policy positions aligned with enterprise strategy and reimbursement frameworks.
• Lead policy impact assessments and scenario modeling for healthcare reforms.
• Quantify financial exposure from 340B, rebates, and government pricing.
• Oversee compliance audits and manage regulatory inquiries with Legal & Compliance.
• Drive 340B analytics and dashboards with IT/data teams.
• Lead cross-functional teams and present to executive committees.
