Qualifications

• Master’s degree or higher in a relevant field.
• 10+ years in a leadership role with strong managerial skills.

• Experience in government health or management consulting.

Responsibilities

• Serve on the operational Core Leadership Team for the Specialty Consulting Sector with senior leaders.
• Support evolution of sales pursuits focusing on Medicaid-related opportunities.
• Develop optimized teams and sales tools to improve delivery efficiency.
• Identify and track KPIs for RFPs to quantify experience and value.
• Act as vendor relationship owner for subcontractors and vendors.
• Support contract negotiations and onboarding of subcontractors.
