Qualifications

• Independent pharmacist license (RPh) required.
• 5+ years of relevant experience.
• State-level Medicaid pharmacy management experience required.
• Experience analyzing large data sets and Excel proficiency.
• Ability to design and implement innovative solutions for complex pharmacy challenges.
• Knowledge of Medicaid policies, regulations, and program operations.
• Strong critical thinking and analytical problem-solving.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to mentor early career staff and lead teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide project leadership and contribute to client deliverables and presentations.
• Lead and contribute to project documentation with growing ownership.
• Support states in Medicaid/CHIP program development and rate setting.
• Be a subject-matter expert on Medicaid pharmacy program design.
• Ensure policy, legal, and regulatory implications are considered in programs.
• Coordinate project teams to stay on budget and on schedule.
