You will lead sales and growth efforts for Medicaid-related programs, manage subcontractor relationships, and develop teams and tools to improve delivery and compliance.

Qualifikationen

• Master’s degree (or higher) in a relevant area such as health administration, business administration, public health, public administration, public policy, social science, or related studies.
• 10+ years of proven leadership experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in government health or management consulting.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Experience managing complex virtual teams.
• Strong presentation and training abilities.
• Ability to translate healthcare information for consultants.
• Experience analyzing large data sets and Excel proficiency.

Aufgaben

• Serve on the operational Core Leadership Team for the Specialty Consulting Sector, working with Sector Leaders on individual and group engagement.
• Support growth-focused sales pursuits related to Medicaid-related clinical, evaluation, policy, and systems opportunities.
• Develop optimized teams and sales tools to improve delivery efficiency and support growth demands.
• Identify and track KPIs for RFPs that quantify our experience and the value we provide to clients.
• Analyze, summarize, and present data related to our competitive market within government health consulting.
• Serve as a vendor relationship owner for subcontractors and other vendors supporting government health work.
• Support contract negotiations with subcontractors, onboarding, and management of workflow.
• Collaborate to grow external subcontractor/vendor talent pipelines to support ongoing consulting and operations.
• Identify staffing resources to ensure work is leveraged to the right skill levels and provide development opportunities.
• Lead or participate in the development of tools or processes for multiple colleagues and sales pursuits.
• Oversee and facilitate targeted training.
