Job summary

Everfox is seeking a Director of Business Development to lead a high-performing team targeting the DoD, IC, and federal civilian markets. The role is hybrid, with Herndon, VA/DC area or Richardson, TX as possible locations.

You will drive top-of-funnel strategy, opportunity identification, customer engagement, and partner ecosystem expansion aligned to Everfox’s mission and secure data portfolio. The position requires 12–15+ years in federal or defense BD, with a proven ability to shape

Qualifications

• 12–15+ years of business development experience in federal/defense/intelligence markets.
• Strong experience with major systems integrators and technology partners.
• Familiarity with DoD/IC missions, acquisition processes, and program structures.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Business Development Organization by managing a team of senior BD executives.
• Drive pipeline creation, opportunity shaping, and qualification across DoD/IC/federal civilian markets.
• Lead engagement with systems integrators and defense primes to position Everfox as a top-tier partner.
• Collaborate across Sales, Strategy, Product, Engineering, Contracts, and other internal teams.
• Define KPIs and report pipeline performance and partner engagement to leadership.
