Crocs, Inc. is seeking a Director of Global Workforce Communications in Broomfield, CO.

The role leads the company’s internal communications strategy, partnering with executives to engage employees across brands and regions. You will manage enterprise-wide plans, governance, and calendars, and deliver high-impact messaging, including executive announcements and leadership communications, to strengthen culture and brand alignment.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications or related field.
  • 10+ years of internal/corporate communications experience, advising senior executives.
  • 3+ years leading communications professionals or cross-functional projects.
  • Proven success in enterprise-wide communications in global organizations.
  • Exceptional writing/editing skills with executive messaging experience.
  • Ability to transition from strategy to execution in communications.
  • Strong executive presence and business judgment for high-visibility work.
  • Experience communicating across regions, brands, and work settings.
  • Analytical skills using feedback and engagement data to guide strategy.
  • Strong leadership, relationship-building and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

  • Lead global internal communications strategy aligned with company goals and culture.

  • Deliver global communications planning and governance, including calendars.
  • Lead communications for enterprise initiatives across HR, IT, Marketing, Sustainability, Operations and more.
  • Develop processes, provide training, and manage stakeholder communications planning.
  • Write and deliver high-priority communications, including executive messages and announcements.
  • Strengthen leadership communications with tailored messages and materials.
  • Support content across brands, regions, offices, stores, and distribution centers.
  • Align workforce communications with external and employer-brand messaging.
  • Strengthen engagement through events and experiences that reflect culture.
  • Oversee intranet, leadership communications, digital signage, and employee events.
  • Define metrics to evaluate effectiveness and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Improve communications tools and channels across events, newsletters, and digital content.
  • Build cross-functional partnerships and influence stakeholders to drive initiatives.
  • Manage workforce communications team, budget, and external partners.

Overview
What You'll Do
  • Lead Crocs, Inc.’s global internal communications strategy, ensuring messaging aligns with company goals, business priorities, and culture
  • Counsel executive leaders on communications for employee engagement, change management, organizational updates, and business transformation
  • Deliver global communications planning and governance processes, including the enterprise communications calendar and key editorial calendars
  • Lead communications for major enterprise initiatives across stakeholder groups including Human Resources, Information Technology, Global Marketing, Sustainability, Operations, Facilities, and other key functions
  • Create processes, deliver training, and manage communications planning for each priority stakeholder group
  • Write and deliver high-priority communications, including executive messages, presentations, announcements, scripts, and talking points
  • Strengthen leadership communications by developing messages, tools, and materials that help leaders communicate effectively with their teams
  • Support employees across brands, regions, offices, retail stores, distribution centers, and other work settings through relevant content and effective communications channels
  • Align workforce communications with external and employer-brand messaging, in support of our corporate reputation and recruiting efforts
  • Strengthen employee engagement through planning and execution of experiences and events that foster connection and enable a purpose-aligned corporate culture
  • Oversee internal communications channels and editorial strategy, including intranet content, leadership communications, digital signage, and employee events
  • Define metrics and measurement frameworks to evaluate communications effectiveness, identify opportunities, and improve engagement and effectiveness
  • Improve communications processes, tools and channels to deliver clear, accessible, and engaging content; including execution across events, newsletters, digital comms, and other touchpoints
  • Build strong cross‑functional partnerships and influence stakeholders at all levels to align on and execute key initiatives
  • Manage the workforce communications team, budget and external partners
What You'll Bring to the Table
  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, Marketing, Liberal Arts, or a related field
  • At least 10+ years of progressive experience in internal communications, corporate communications, public relations, or related fields, including experience advising senior executives
  • 3+ years of experience leading communications professionals, cross‑functional projects, agencies, or external partners
  • Proven success in developing and leading enterprise-wide communications strategies in complex, global organizations
  • Exceptional writing and editing skills, with experience personally developing executive messages, presentations, organizational announcements, change communications, and other relevant content grounded in strategy
  • Ability to move easily between strategy and execution, from setting direction and advising leaders to writing, editing, storytelling, planning, and delivering effective and strategic communications
  • Strong executive presence, business judgement and ability to advise senior leaders on risks, opportunities and high‑visibility communications
  • Experience communicating with employees across different regions, brands, business units, and work settings
  • Strong analytical skills, with experience using employee feedback, engagement data, and communications metrics to guide strategy, decisions and improve effectiveness
  • Strong leadership, relationship‑building, and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment while managing competing priorities and handling sensitive information with discretion
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross‑functional teams and drive alignment across diverse stakeholder groups

Title:Director, Global Workforce Communications

Salary or Pay Range: $160,000 - $180,000

Pay offered will vary based on job-related factors such as location, experience, training, skills, and abilities.

At Crocs, Inc. we believe in the power of a blend of in-person and virtual collaboration to drive creativity and strengthen relationships. Your participation in this flexible schedule plays a key role in building a connected and successful team. In-office requirements vary by our work personas: Resident (5 days), Collaborator (4 days), Connector (2-3 days), Explorer (fully remote). This role has been aligned to the Collaborator persona.

This position is eligible to participate in a company incentive program.
