Michael Page is seeking a Director of Global Technology Development in New York, NY, with hybrid work pattern (3 days in Midtown Manhattan). You will lead architecture, development, and delivery of enterprise software for Finance, HR, Legal, and Compliance, while actively coding and guiding teams.

Ideal candidates bring 10+ years of software leadership, Azure cloud expertise, and experience with AI/Generative AI technologies, ETL/SQL integration, and enterprise integrations.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of software engineering and technology leadership experience.
• Proficiency with Azure cloud services and data platforms.
• Experience with AI and Generative AI technologies.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Ability to mentor and manage a team while delivering technically sound solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development, and delivery of enterprise software across functions.
• Conduct code reviews and promote engineering best practices.
• Stay hands-on with development and architectural decisions.
• Coordinate multiple technology initiatives and cross-functional workstreams.
• Partner with stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable solutions.
• Mentor and manage technology professionals and contract resources.
• Manage vendor relations, budgeting, and resource planning.
• Identify opportunities to leverage Generative AI and modern tools to boost performance.
