Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple, complex development projects, often global in scope.
• Define resource requirements and allocations, monitoring quality and best practice development techniques.
• Provide subject matter expertise to teams, as needed.
• Develop group-wide business plans and participating in firm-wide initiatives as per management direction.
• Lead identification of risks and propose and implement mitigation plans.
• Handle escalations and advocate for change management, encouraging innovation and creativity in technology solutions.
