Job summary

Dexis is seeking a Director of Talent Acquisition to lead recruitment and workforce management across domestic and international programs. The role guides staffing strategy, policy, and compliance throughout the employee lifecycle and is contingent on contract award.

You will oversee onboarding, compensation, benefits, and international staffing, partnering with leadership to meet high-volume hiring needs while ensuring adherence to US and local labor laws.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Human Resources, Business Admin, International Relations, or related field.
• 12+ years in recruitment, staffing, or workforce management.
• Experience managing geographically dispersed workforces.
• Experience with international employment and personnel administration.
• Experience with complex government-funded programs preferred.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies.
• Lead and maintain frameworks, processes, and SOPs for sourcing, assessment, selection, and onboarding.
• Support domestic and international workforce requirements.
• Oversee personnel administration, compensation, benefits, and related workforce processes.
• Manage domestic and international employment arrangements.
• Maintain networks of qualified professional and technical talent.
• Oversee personnel lifecycle and performance management processes.
• Support high-volume and time-sensitive staffing needs.
• Oversee international operations including logistics, deployment, and management of staff overseas in accordance with US and local labor laws.
