Job summary

Boston Consulting Group is seeking a seasoned leader for the BCG Vantage Global Senior Director – AI Cost Advantage. You will drive the Cost agenda, oversee a cross‑functional team, and coordinate with AI-enabled tools to deliver value across Practice Areas and client engagements.

You will manage a large, global team, align Cost initiatives with client needs, and work with senior leaders to co-create differentiated offerings.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of industry experience preferred, and/or 8+ years minimum consulting experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree required; Advanced Degree preferred.
• Demonstrated experience in end-to-end cost transformation with a holistic view across cost levers.
• Change management experience preferred; business, line & project management experience.
• Ideally accountability for business metrics including a P&L; international experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the BCG Vantage team across functional practice areas supporting the Cost topic.
• Set direction for the BCG Vantage Cost agenda and KPIs including economics and customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate with Project Helix and integrate AI into offerings.
• Collaborate with Practice Areas and senior stakeholders to ensure consistent quality.
• Lead coordination across Practice Areas on Cost and share tools and best practices.
