Job summary

Boston Consulting Group (BCG) seeks a Senior Analyst – BCG Vantage to drive marketing strategy and transformation across B2B and B2C client contexts. You will partner with project teams, run diagnostics, and help design and optimize large marketing programs with data-driven insights.

The role requires strong marketing and analytical capabilities, collaboration, and excellent communication. Occasional travel to client sites is expected as part of staffing assignments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, Analytics or a related field.
• 3-5 years of industry and/or 2-3+ years of consulting professional work experience.
• Strong analytical skills with Excel; experience in marketing analytics, CRM, digital marketing or related tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead/participate in marketing strategy and transformation projects for B2B and B2C contexts.
• Support diagnostics, design, monitor and optimize large marketing transformation programs.
• Develop capabilities through dashboards and data visualization; contribute to business development.
