Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Business Administration, Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead global supply chain operations including demand planning, purchasing, and supplier management.
• Drive continuous improvement across supply chain processes and repair workflows.
• Develop and execute strategies to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and mitigate risk.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align supply chain activities with business goals.
• Establish KPIs, dashboards, and reporting to drive accountability and data-driven decisions.
• Oversee instrument repair operations and manage supplier relationships.
