The successful candidate will have a track record of optimizing working capital, reducing costs, and guiding cross-functional teams in a fast-paced hardware environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in supply chain, manufacturing, sourcing, or operations.
• Experience managing global suppliers and contract manufacturing partners.
• Proven success driving operational improvements, cost reductions, and supply chain performance.
• Strong analytical, communication, and cross-functional leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead global sourcing, supply planning, supplier management, logistics, and inventory optimization.
• Partner with contract manufacturers to ensure quality, delivery, cost, and customer satisfaction objectives.
• Drive supply chain and operational improvements that increase efficiency, scalability, and business performance.
• Develop and execute cost reduction initiatives through supplier negotiations, value engineering, and data-driven decision making.
• Improve forecast accuracy, inventory performance, and working capital effectiveness.
• Monitor and mitigate supply chain risks, including component availability and logistics disruptions.
• Develop operational metrics, KPI dashboards, and governance processes to drive accountability.
• Collaborate across Engineering, Product Management, Finance, Service, Quality, and Sales to achieve company objectives.
• Build and develop high-performing teams while fostering accountability and continuous improvement.
