Job summary

Standex International is seeking a Supply Chain Manager to lead and optimize procurement, planning, inventory, and logistics. You will align operations with business objectives, drive efficiency, reduce costs, and ensure on-time delivery while maintaining quality and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or related field.
• 8–12+ years of progressive supply chain experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of procurement, demand planning, inventory control, and logistics.
• Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar).
• Demonstrated success in process improvement, cost reduction, and supplier management.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Proven leadership experience with the ability to influence cross‑functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end supply chain operations including procurement, planning, logistics, and inventory management.
• Develop and execute supply chain strategies aligned with organizational goals and customer demand.
• Drive SIOP processes to ensure cross-functional alignment.
• Manage supplier relationships, including selection, negotiation, performance evaluation, and risk mitigation.
• Identify and implement cost savings and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Monitor and improve KPIs, including on-time delivery, inventory turns, forecast accuracy, and supplier performance.
• Collaborate with manufacturing and engineering teams to support production schedules and new product introductions.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing supply chain team.
• Utilize ERP/MRP systems to improve planning accuracy and reporting.
• Manage supply chain risks and develop contingency plans.

Position Summary

What You'll Do

• Drive Sales, Inventory, and Operations Planning (SIOP) processes to ensure cross functional alignment
• Manage supplier relationships, including selection, negotiation, performance evaluation, and risk mitigation
• Identify and implement cost savings and continuous improvement initiatives
• Monitor and improve key performance indicators (KPIs), including

What You'll Bring
