Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in supply chain, engineering, business, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in supply chain in a technical environment.
• Proven experience leading and developing a team of leaders.
• Experience sourcing and overseeing complex projects across multiple commodities.

Responsibilities

• Lead procurement, planning, and supplier quality teams for projects (SPARC, ARC, and R&D).
• Define objectives and manage cost, quality, and delivery targets.
• Coordinate with engineering and construction leaders to plan work and set priorities.
• Develop and maintain relationships with senior suppliers and executive stakeholders.
• Drive supplier development and improvements across strategic sourcing processes.
