Job summary

Commonwealth Fusion Systems is seeking a Supplier Integration Manager for the SPARC Assembly. You will lead strategic sourcing, procurement, and supplier management embedded with project and engineering teams to meet internal customer needs, focusing on capital equipment, tooling, consumables, and services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 5+ years of related work experience in manufacturing, supply chain, or supplier-focused environments.
• Proven experience supporting critical new product introduction activities for highly technical products.
• Deep understanding of supply chain and ERP best practices.
• Ability to negotiate complex contracts and work with engineering, manufacturing, and suppliers.

Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize purchasing processes for parts, subassemblies, equipment, and/or services.
• Lead sourcing initiatives to identify best-value suppliers and mitigate risk; coordinate cross-functionally.
• Prepare and execute negotiations for contracts and statements of work with legal input when needed.
• Adhere to procurement policies, guidelines and export compliance.
• Provide timely updates to internal customers and stakeholders.
• Coordinate planning with assigned planners in a matrixed organization.
• Monitor suppliers during contract execution and support cost-saving initiatives.
