Job summary

BioMarin seeks an Associate Director, Business Process Manager for Distribution, Supply and Network Planning. You will own DRP/SP/NP processes, drive standardization, and partner with global teams to optimize the FTP value chain.

You will lead design sprints, requirements gathering, and process integration across regions, contributing to ERP COE initiatives in a fast-paced biotech environment.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Business or Sciences required.
• MBA or advanced degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end Distribution Planning, Supply Planning and Network Planning processes.
• Standardize and optimize DRP, SP and NP processes across regional and global sites.
• Design and document business requirements and acceptance criteria; ensure integration with upstream/downstream processes.
• Coordinate with other workstreams to drive end-to-end process integration.
• Act as liaison with SMEs to capture requirements aligned to changing business needs.
• Lead design sprints and perform impact analyses with sign-off on solutions.
