ReversingLabs Inc. is seeking a Director of Global Sales Engineering & Field CTO to lead a growing team and act as the technical voice with CISOs and product leaders. This remote US role reports to the CRO and drives technical wins across a multi–hundred million pipeline.

You will own hiring, ramp, and strategic programs while shaping the field’s engagement with product, marketing, and customers. Attractive compensation with equity awaits.

Qualifikationen

• 12+ years in technical, customer-facing roles.
• 5+ years leading a team in a growth-stage environment.
• Built or scaled a technical customer-facing function from the ground up.

Aufgaben

• Lead, coach, and develop the global Sales Engineering team; own hiring, ramp, and performance.
• Own the technical win: codify the sales methodology and tailor demonstrations across the Spectra portfolio.
• Be the Field CTO; speak at events, build executive-level trust with CISOs and CTOs.
• Close the loop with Product; feed field feedback into roadmap.
