Qualifications

• 10+ years in Talent Acquisition or Recruiting Programs.
• Experience leading campus/early-career programs.
• Proven ability to scale teams across global regions.

Responsibilities

• Design scalable global hiring workflows with velocity and quality.
• Elevate recruiting coordination and interview logistics.
• Set and govern SLAs, metrics, and accountability across teams.
• Drive analytics, dashboards, and executive reporting for TA
• Lead enterprise early-career strategy for UR, internships, and co-ops.
• Partner with Finance and TA leadership on headcount planning.
