Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in biotech/pharmaceutical project management with cross-functional global teams.
• Strong understanding of clinical development and launch preparation.
• Ability to define scope, deliverables, risks and schedules clearly.
• Excellent written and spoken communication with stakeholders.
• Proven decision making and judgment in complex programs.
• Proficient with project management software tools such as MS Project/SmartSheet.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Functional Leaders in Japan to define strategy and leadership topics.
• Maintain integrated project plans, goals, deliverables and risk analyses.
• Identify and manage risks with subject matter experts and mitigations.
• Monitor progress and evaluate scenarios across costs, timelines, and risks.
• Ensure efficient information flow to global cross-functional teams and governance bodies.
• Lead productive meetings, set objectives, and assign actions to stakeholders.
• Own project plan, budget and assumptions approved by governance and SLT.
• coach and mentor PM team to develop future leaders.
• Identify opportunities to streamline processes and implement PM best practices.
