Revolution Medicines, Inc. is seeking an Associate Director for New Product Planning & Compound Strategy in Tokyo to lead Japan’s commercial discipline across pipeline assets.

You will shape compound strategies, drive CDx initiatives, and coordinate cross-functional efforts with global teams to maximize launch readiness and portfolio value. The role requires extensive oncology commercial experience, strategic thinking, and leadership in a fast-growing biotech environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree (MBA, PharmD, PhD, MSc, or equivalent) preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years of progressive pharmaceutical and/or biotechnology commercial experience required.
• Minimum of 3 years of Oncology Marketing, New Product Planning, Early Commercial, or Commercial Strategy experience required.
• Experience with Companion Diagnostics (CDx), biomarker-driven oncology, or precision medicine required.
• Proven product launch experience required.

Responsabilités

• Lead Japan commercial discipline across cross-functional teams to develop integrated Japan compound strategies.
• Develop compound-specific commercial strategies considering insights, dynamics, lifecycle planning.
• Influence TPPS, indication sequencing, evidence generation priorities, and lifecycle management.
• Identify complex opportunities and translate insights into strategic recommendations.
• Lead commercial assessments, forecasting assumptions, scenario planning, and business case development.
• Co-Lead Japan NPP activities from late-stage development through commercialization.
• Develop integrated launch strategies including segmentation, value proposition, messaging, and GTM planning.
• Partner to ensure pricing, reimbursement, and patient access considerations are integrated.
• Lead CDx strategy development and commercialization in Japan across disease states.
• Collaborate with Global teams to align CDx development with market needs.
