Revolution Medicines is seeking a senior marketing leader to drive brand strategy and launch execution for oncology portfolios. You will lead strategic and promotional plans, shape launch activities, and develop multichannel materials for providers, patients, and market access stakeholders.

You will leverage deep oncology knowledge to guide customer segmentation, channel mix, and performance metrics, while mentoring peers and managing budgets to ensure compliant, impactful campaigns.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required with 12+ years of progressive commercial experience in biotech/pharma.
• Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
• Proven track record in developing and executing marketing initiatives.
• Analytical/problem-solving skills for innovative marketing.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
