Revolution Medicines, a global oncology company, seeks an Associate Director, Insights & Analytics to drive data-informed commercial decisions for Japan. You will oversee Market Research and Data & Analytics, generating actionable insights from forecasting, analyses, and dashboards to guide brand strategy and lifecycle management.

Reporting to the Head of Commercial Excellence, you will lead teams, partner with Commercial, Medical Affairs, Market Access, Sales Ops, and Global teams, and shape

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, life sciences, statistics, economics, data science, analytics, or related field.
• 10+ years in analytics, commercial strategy, market research, BI, or consulting in pharma/healthcare.
• Strong analytics, problem solving, project management and communication skills.
• Hands-on forecasting, market research, analytics, dashboards or reporting experience.
• Proven leadership, cross-functional influence, and executive interaction.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint; BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute Japan insights and analytics strategy with Global teams.
• Integrate market research, competitive analyses, and forecasts to guide strategy.
• Define KPIs, build dashboards, and analyze performance for senior leadership.
• Lead Market Research and Data & Analytics teams and oversee external partners.
• Establish launch excellence framework and manage launches and indication expansion.
