Job summary

Sprinto is seeking a Director of Professional Services to build a high‑quality, commercially sustainable services function. You will define offerings, pricing, and delivery models, lead a focused consulting team, and oversee audit partnerships to drive stronger customer outcomes.

In this 100% remote role, you will shape the Services portfolio across GRC, information security, risk, privacy, and compliance while ensuring delivery excellence and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Approximately 10–15 years of experience in professional services, risk/advisory, or technology risk.
• Strong leadership and people-management skills with prior scale-up experience.
• Deep understanding of security and compliance frameworks (SOC 2, ISO 27001, GDPR, HIPAA, PCI-DSS).

Responsibilities

• Define and launch Sprinto’s Professional Services portfolio across GRC, information security, risk, privacy, and compliance.
• Lead a delivery-focused consulting team and oversee audit delivery partnerships.
• Establish repeatable delivery methods with quality standards while preserving compliance integrity.
• Partner with Product, Sales, and Customer Success to align services with customer needs and roadmap.
• Build an audit-partner ecosystem with clear governance and independence safeguards.
