Job summary
BeOne Medicines seeks a senior leader to join the GCO Leadership team, shaping clinical development strategies and driving quality/compliance globally. You will lead eTMF, SOPs, and training, while building a high-capacity team to optimize trial operations across regions.
Essential: 15+ years in biotech/pharma/CRO with strong GCP/QA experience, plus proven leadership, CAPA management, and risk-based process improvements. Travel up to 25% is expected as part of global trials.
Qualifications
- Fluent in English with strong written and verbal communication.
- Proven leadership experience in global clinical operations and quality.
- Track record implementing GCP quality systems and CAPA programs.
Responsibilities
- Lead development and governance of clinical development & GCO strategies.
- Build and mentor multi-national teams aligning with GCO goals.
- Oversee eTMF, SOPs, training plans, and continuous process improvement.
- Drive KPIs/KQIs reporting and compliance with ICH, FDA, EMA, and PMDA.
- Partner with QA and Corporate Compliance to close CAPAs and audits.
