BeOne Medicines USA, Inc. is seeking an experienced Clinical Operations leader to own end-to-end global study delivery, from start-up to close-out, across regions.

You will lead the global operations team and coordinate with regional partners to ensure timely, quality, and budget-aligned study execution. In this role you’ll drive feasibility, site activation, data flow, and risk management while maintaining inspection readiness.

Qualifications

• Over 5 years’ project management in clinical trials within the biotech, pharmaceutical sector, CRO industry or relevant field.
• Proven experience in clinical research including relevant experience as team lead in clinical functions.

Responsibilities

• Leads global clinical operations team and acts as escalation point for regional issues.
• Ensures single accountability for study execution (timelines, enrollment, quality, budget).
• Collaborates with regional stakeholders and provides regular progress updates to leadership.
• Maintains global consistency while enabling regional execution flexibility.
• Oversees study start-up strategy, enrollment acceleration, site activation, data flow and query resolution.
• Ensures compliance with protocols, SOPs, ICH/GCP and regulatory requirements.
