Job summary

Visa seeks a Director-level leader for Global Pricing Governance & Center of Excellence in Foster City, CA. The role partners with Product, Finance, Legal, and Regional teams to ensure pricing decisions are analytically sound and globally aligned.

The position requires driving enterprise pricing initiatives, building a pricing COE, and advancing AI-enabled pricing workflows in a highly matrixed global environment. Hybrid work with in-office days is expected.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of work experience with a Bachelor's Degree or 8+ years with an Advanced Degree.
• Experience owning complex, crossfunctional decision frameworks or governance processes.
• Strong analytical, financial modeling, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Own and operate the Pricing Governance framework.
• Define KPIs for pricing effectiveness and track performance.
• Lead crossfunctional pricing strategy initiatives.
• Build and lead Visa's Pricing Center of Excellence.
• Partner with Product, Finance, Sales, and Regions to evaluate pricing opportunities.
