Qualifications

• 10+ years of work experience with a Bachelor's Degree or at least 8 years with an Advanced Degree or 3+ years with a PhD.
• Experience leading platform teams delivering data, analytics, AI, and cloud workloads.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute strategic roadmaps for Platform Engineering aligned with data, AI, and hybrid-cloud goals.
• Lead large-scale platform services ensuring reliability, security, and cost efficiency.
• Engage with senior stakeholders and partner across Product, Infrastructure, Security, and Operations.
