Job summary

Centific in the United States is seeking a Director of Operations to drive day-to-day operational excellence across the OneForma platform. You will report to the VP of Operations and lead managers in Community Support, Engagement, Platform Education, and PMO.

The ideal candidate blends analytical rigor with strong communication and people leadership, ensuring measurable impact, scalable processes, and collaboration with executive leadership to execute flagship programs.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of experience in operations or program management.
• At least 3 years in a leadership role managing other managers.
• Strong analytical skills with dashboards and KPIs.
• Excellent written and verbal communication across stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead operational managers across Engagement, Support, Education, and PMO.
• Set strategic direction and mentor team leads.
• Coordinate cross-team priorities to align with platform goals.
• Own KPI tracking, reporting, and data-driven insights.
• Drive process improvements and scalable operations.
• Collaborate with PMO, Product Success, and Engineering.
