Job summary

GiveDirectly is seeking a Senior HR Business Partner to work with global senior leaders, shaping structure, workforce planning, talent, and people decisions tied to growth. The role starts with building an employee relations framework and expands into org design and broader people strategy for global functions.

You will partner with leaders up to VP level, coach managers, and own the build of behavior and performance standards across the organization.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of HR business partner experience with executive and senior leaders.
• Experience in scale-ups or major transformation with building systems.
• Experience building employee relations standards and policies across countries.
• Experience handling disciplinary and capability decisions with jurisdiction awareness.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Global team to advise on org structure and staffing needs.
• Lead org design and workforce planning for global functions as we scale.
• Own talent and succession for the population, identifying flight risks.
• Partner on performance and compensation decisions for global staff.
• Coach senior leaders on their leadership and their teams.
